Rising action: develops the story conflict or problem.
Climax: moment of suspense turns twords tension.
Falling action: events that lead to a resolution.
Resolution: plot conflict resolved.


Exposition: is when the boys first land on the deserted island.
Rising action: ralph and jack both want to be the chief of the island but only one can be the real one in charge.
Climax: ralph, jack, and roger find what they believe is to be the beast.
Falling action: ralph is being hunted by everyone know and is trying to stay alive.
Resolution: jack sets fire to the island and it causes a big smoke which causes their rescue.
